When taking a quiz, after I submit an answer by clicking check, then moving on to the next question, previous questions in "completed" status are not visually any different than questions where I did not click on check and just moved forward. Perhaps a blue dot or checkmark in the middle...

The circle navigation needs to be reviewed for usefulness on mobile devices. When doing so, we will bring this into consideration as well.
