Integrated customer satisfaction/NPS survey

As a CEO with an interest in product and marketing, I'd like to solicit customer experience feedback directly in the platform. Perhaps something as simple as having Labflow have a small chance upon every login, likely different for each user type (faculty, TA, and student), such that on average 1-2x/semester Labflow requests they engage quickly with a CX survey. Perhaps just taking them to gotfeedback.com
