Students unable to upload work freak out and destroy our good will with the faculty. As a student, I would like an emergency hotline for upload issues and an email account they can post files to if they run into any problem at all that our team will manually upload for them.
Unfortunately, there are issues of students misusing this sort of feature to submit work late.
We are improving the technology used for uploading images to be more resilient and tolerant of slower internet connections. Additionally, we will be adding more informative error messages and instructions to improve the usability of our image uploading.
