It would be valuable to flag questions to go back to them as you are taking a quiz, and when you do have the circle indicate that it was flagged so you can directly navigate to them.

When taking a quiz, after I submit an answer by clicking check, then moving on to the next question, previous questions in "completed" status are not visually any different than questions where I did not click on check and just moved forward. Perh...

The word "check" makes sense in homework mode, but in quiz mode no feedback is being given. You are not checking your answers, you are essentially entering them.
